Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?
Yes, orders over $50 qualify for our free standard shipping option. For orders under $50, we offer affordable express shipping at a flat rate of $12.95.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally to fellow water enthusiasts, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions where reliable delivery can’t be guaranteed. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
For both shipping methods, you’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Phoenix. You can follow your gear’s journey from the Arizona desert to your favorite waterway!
What should I do if my package is delayed?
While we ensure prompt processing and reliable carriers, international shipments can occasionally experience delays beyond our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If any gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
